Terms of Service & Passenger Agreement

1.  Agreement to Terms

By booking or boarding a Westbound Rides LLC vehicle, you (“Passenger”) agree to all company policies, disclosures, and terms outlined below. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Westbound Rides LLC, a licensed transportation company operating under US DOT #4482782 and MC #1770815.

2.  Service Description

Westbound Rides LLC provides scheduled passenger transportation between the High Desert, Low Desert, Los Angeles (including LAX), and Las Vegas. All services are offered on a pre-booked reservation basis and subject to schedule, route, and safety conditions.

3.  Passenger Responsibilities

  • All passengers must arrive on time for pickup.
  • Seatbelts are required at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Passengers must conduct themselves respectfully toward the driver and other riders.
  • No alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking, or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the vehicle.
  • Weapons or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Westbound Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger for misconduct or policy violations without refund.

4.  Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By traveling with Westbound Rides LLC, passengers understand and accept that:

  • All passengers ride at their own risk.
  • Westbound Rides LLC and its drivers are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during transportation.
  • The company is not liable for delays, missed flights, or other issues caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond its control.
  • Passengers are responsible for securing their own personal belongings; the company is not liable for lost or stolen property.

5.  Safety & Monitoring

  • Vehicles may be equipped with video and audio recording devices for safety and liability protection.
  • Drivers are trained in defensive driving, CPR, and customer service.
  • Passengers are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.

6.  Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Reservations can be made online at westboundrides.com or by phone at (760) 801-2871.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure qualify for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • If Westbound Rides must cancel a trip due to mechanical issues or safety concerns, passengers will be offered a full refund or rebooking option.

7.  Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or approved digital payment platforms.
  • Gratuities for drivers are optional but appreciated.

8.  Minors & Special Accommodations

  • Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless approved in advance.
  • Guardians are responsible for providing and installing any required child safety seats.
  • Passengers with disabilities or special needs should inform Westbound Rides during booking to ensure proper accommodations.

9.  Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be handled in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

10.  Acknowledgment

By checking the “I Agree” box during online booking or by boarding a Westbound Rides vehicle, the passenger acknowledges that they:

  • Have read and understood all terms and disclosures.
  • Agree to abide by company policies and ride rules.
  • Accept full responsibility for their conduct and belongings during transport.
